New paintings, hot off the easel, and some thoughts on art and life ...

I'm just this crazy - I'm joining the September 30 in 30 painting challenge started by Leslie Saeta. I did it last year too, and although I didn't make it to 30 paintings, I got quite a few, including September Roses, above. This challenge isn't about competing for the most paintings, or even the best paintings, it's simply meant to inspire us to paint more. Having a big group of artists who encourage each other is a good way to build enthusiasm. Leslie's only rule is Have Fun and I intend to!
