New paintings, hot off the easel, and some thoughts on art and life ...

Sometimes you think a painting is done, then you keep looking and realize that it isn't. That's what happened with "Nocturne #2" so I had to revise it. The center space was a little bit wrong - too empty, too badly shaped - so I added a few more leaves and branches. I'm much happier now!
